My name is Jiamin, and I’m currently studying MA Visual Communication at RCA. I am a multidisciplinary designer specialising in creative, experimental, and speculative design. I enjoy combining photography with handcraft techniques to capture moments in time, exploring the beauty of differences and authentic exchanges. My work documents the present and highlights subtle transformations over time. I aim to be both a problem solver and a catalyst for imaginative solutions, with a strong focus on empathy, well-being, and prioritising the connection between people in everyday life.

Page twelve of All Other is dedicated to the changing seasons, the trees that decay and appear to die while they rest and then sprout, blossom, and bloom anew.

Jiamin's art will illustrate the second part of the sentence, 'But there is such beauty when things differ and authenticity is exchanged,' to show nature's authentic interchange of expressions as the seasons surrender to their renewal.
